Bollywood star Sohail Khan slammed his co-celebrity Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for making his actor-brother feel insecure when they were together.
The Aryan star, in an interview with an Indian news agency, had accused the Guzaarish star of not acknowledging her relationship with the Dabangg star and showing hypocrisy.
“Now she (Aishwarya) weeps in public,” the Fight Club star was quoted saying in the report. “When she was going around with him when she used to visit our home so often as part of the family, did she ever acknowledge the relationship? She never did. That made Salman feel insecure.
“He wanted to know how much she wanted him. She would never let him be sure of that.”
Bollywood has witnessed many relationships throughout the years, but Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s connection will always be remembered. It’s been a long time, but people still discuss them. After they started working together on Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, their love story started. Afterwards, Ash appeared in the 2002 film Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam as Khan’s girlfriend.
As soon as media reports about their turbulent relationship started to circulate, many people started to make assumptions about why they had broken up. Later on, the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress confirmed the allegations that she and the Dabangg actor were no longer together.
