World Population Day is a celebration on 11 July in the world. This day focuses on the challenges and changes caused by the increasing population. Pakistan is the fifth lager population country in the world. . Pakistan’s population contains 241 million ( census 2023), growing at a high ratio of 2.55%. Pakistan’s population is rising day by day to reach 263 million by 2030 and 383 million by 2050. In Pakistan, the growth rate is rapid to see problems and challenges in the future. World Population Day is a celebration on the 11th of July every year to awareness about the population.

The day starting 11th July 1987 when the world population achieved five billion. This event allows knowing the community, organizing political will, and arranging for population problems. 3. National Action plan
National action plan effectively implemented in Pakistan country to give family plan. The federal and provincial governments’ vital roles in population management under the national action plan. The gathering will be attended by representatives of the media, government, and international organizations, as well as NGOs.
The Chief Guest for the event will be the Coordinator to PM on Health. At the session, the Federal Secretary for Health will give a keynote address. The speeches and massages given by the UNFPA representative and many ambassadors and high commissioners from other nations. A population brand ambassador will also speak at the conference.
