Paying rich tribute to our forefathers who rendered immense and everlasting sacrifices for the creation of Pakistan and the martyred who laid down their lives for the stability and survival of the motherland, acting president and Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani on Monday urged Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to ensure the establishment of memorials of national martyrs in the federal and provincial capitals.
وزیر اعظم کو لکھے گئے خط میں سنجرانی نے کہا کہ یہ ہمارا فرض ہے کہ ہم اپنے شہداء کو عوام بالخصوص نوجوان نسل کے دلوں میں زندہ رکھیں کیونکہ ہم اپنے ملک میں امن و امان ان شہداء کے مرہون منت ہیں۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ہمارے شہداء کی قربانیاں ناقابل فراموش ہیں۔
چیئرمین سینیٹ نے یہ بھی کہا کہ ہوائی اڈوں، سرکاری عمارتوں، اسکولوں، بڑی شاہراہوں اور ریلوے اسٹیشنوں پر بھی شہداء کی تصاویر لگائی جائیں جس سے زائرین کو یہ سمجھنے میں مدد ملے گی کہ بحیثیت قوم ہم اپنے ہیروز کی عزت کرتے ہیں۔
In this context, the prime minister expressed satisfaction with the Organization of the Islamic Conference’s (OIC) emergency meeting.
We strongly condemn Sweden’s denigration of the Holy Quran. The premier concluded that the people who committed the horrible act should be held accountable.
Prime Minister Shehbaz urged the Swedish government to act decisively against the sacrilege of the Holy Quran.
