LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is likely to enforce various protocols to combat the COVID-19 outbreak during the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja presided over a high-level meeting the day before to talk about arrangements for the upcoming PSL season.
The first phase of PSL-7 is scheduled to start on January 27 in Karachi.
Senior officials from the district administration, police, National Stadium, and Sindh government were present during the meeting.
Meanwhile, the CEO of “Bookme.pk,” which had partnered with the PSL for ticketing, Faizan Aslam, said that reimbursements will also be handled through the website.
According to Aslam, fans will be able to request refunds using the portal, and the funds would thereafter be deposited into their online or mobile bank accounts. He added that it might take up to a week to process the refund.
