کراچی: پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ (پی سی بی) کے چیئرمین رمیز راجہ کی جانب سے بھارت، پاکستان، انگلینڈ اور آسٹریلیا پر مشتمل چار فریقی سیریز کی تجویز کا امکان ہے۔

According to Code Sports Australia, the PCB chairman has planned to pitch the idea of a Quadrilateral series that will play an important role in the revival of cricket between the two arch-rivals, India and Pakistan. Reportedly, the idea will be pitched in the next ICC meeting.

واضح رہے کہ پاکستان اور بھارت نے 2012-13 کے بعد سے کوئی دو طرفہ سیریز نہیں کھیلی ہے۔ اس عرصے کے دوران ان کا صرف آئی سی سی ایونٹس اور ایشیا کپ میں ایک دوسرے کا سامنا ہوا۔

However, Pakistan will be hosting visits from England and Australia this year. While on tour in 1998, Australia will play the national team in three Test matches and an equal number of One-Day Internationals (ODIs). England’s five Twenty20 International matches against Pakistan are scheduled for November and December of this year.

Each team must also have thirteen healthy players in order for the game to proceed. Teams may also select replacements from among the 25 players kept in reserve.

In the event of an outbreak, the league may be halted for one week and all players will be quarantined for the same length of time.
