LAHORE: Pakistan’s right-arm speedsterNaseem Shah has been diagnosed with pneumonia on Wednesday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed.

پی سی بی نے کہا کہ نسیم شاہ کی آئندہ میچوں میں شرکت اور اسکواڈ کے ساتھ نیوزی لینڈ روانگی کا فیصلہ ان کی میڈیکل رپورٹس کے بعد کیا جائے گا۔
یہاں یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ تیز بخار جس کی وجہ سے نسیم کو اسپتال لے جایا گیا تھا نے دائیں ہاتھ کے پیسر کو انگلینڈ کے خلاف پانچویں ٹی ٹوئنٹی میں سلیکشن کے لیے دستیاب نہیں رکھا تھا۔
Pneumonia struck fast bowler Naseem Shah on Wednesday before the first T20 match of the Lahore leg.
Due to a high fever that developed after contracting a chest infection, Naseem was brought to the hospital earlier today. His stay in the hospital will extend till tonight.
The medical team of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is keeping an eye on the well-known bowler.
The PCB official stated that Shah’s participation in the remaining matches will depend on the results of his medical reports.
Three of the seven games in the series will be held in Lahore and four in Karachi. In the first innings of the inaugural match at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Pakistan is batting against England.
