ISLAMABAD: Seven more Covid–related deaths were reported in Pakistan in the previous 24 hours while 252 new cases of the pandemic took the infection tally to 1,283,475.
نیشنل کمانڈ اینڈ آپریشن سینٹر (این سی او سی) کے اعداد و شمار کے مطابق ملک میں مزید سات افراد وائرس کی وجہ سے دم توڑ گئے جس کے بعد ہلاکتوں کی تعداد 28 ہزار 697 ہو گئی ہے۔
گزشتہ 24 گھنٹوں کے دوران 35,176 نمونوں کی جانچ کی گئی، جن میں سے 252 کو وائرس کے لیے مثبت قرار دیا گیا۔ مثبتیت کی شرح 0.71 فیصد ریکارڈ کی گئی۔
ISALABAD According to data released by the National Leadership and Operation Center (NCOC) on Friday, Pakistan’s daily Covid-19 instances have dropped below 1,000 after more than three months. The NCOC had earlier on Thursday announced that 19 cases had been reported during the pandemic response.
On July 5, Pakistan had previously declared 830 confirmed cases. But after that, the number of new cases started to increase, necessitating strict efforts by the government to limit the pandemic.
On October 21, 912 out of 45,619 tests that were conducted the day before resulted in a positive percentage of 1.99%.
There were 26 deaths and 2763 critically ill patients.
