بدھ کو درج کی گئی ایک فوجداری شکایت کے مطابق، وکیل عبدالرزاق شر منگل کو کوئٹہ میں بلوچستان ہائی کورٹ کمپلیکس جا رہے تھے کہ نامعلوم مسلح افراد نے انہیں گولی مار دی۔ پولیس حکام نے الجزیرہ کو بتایا کہ شار کو ان کی کار میں 10 سے زیادہ گولیاں ماری گئیں اور وہ موقع پر ہی ہلاک ہو گئے۔
Shar’s son, Siraj Ahmed, filed the complaint against imran khan the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, accusing the ex-premier of abetting murder, saying he believed his father was killed in connection with the case he had filed against Khan.
شر نے گزشتہ ماہ بلوچستان ہائی کورٹ میں اپنی درخواست دائر کی تھی، جس میں سابق وزیر اعظم کے خلاف آئین پاکستان کے آرٹیکل 6 کے تحت کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا گیا تھا، جو سنگین غداری کے الزامات سے منسلک ہے۔
اپنی درخواست میں، شار نے دلیل دی کہ خان کو وزیر اعظم کے عہدے سے ہٹانے کے لیے تحریک عدم اعتماد سے بچنے کے لیے گزشتہ سال اپریل میں قومی اسمبلی کو تحلیل کرنے کے ان کے فیصلے کی وجہ سے غداری کا مقدمہ چلایا جانا چاہیے۔
Shar argued in his appeal that Khan ought to face treason charges for calling for the dissolution of the National Assembly in April of last year to avert a resolution of no confidence that would have removed him from office as prime minister.
Plundering occurred on both public and private properties; military monuments and places were targeted because the government believed PTI personnel were involved in a plot. The PTI has denied the accusations and said the government is persecuting the party in a witch hunt.
