اسلام آباد: ایڈیشنل سیشن جج نے پاکستان مسلم لیگ (ن) کے مرکزی رہنما خواجہ آصف کی ہتک عزت کیس میں گواہوں پر جرح کرنے کی درخواست منظور کرلی۔
عدالت نے خواجہ آصف کے خلاف ہتک عزت کیس میں وزیراعظم عمران خان کے دفاع میں گواہوں کو 14 مارچ کو طلب کر لیا۔

جنوری کے شروع میں، اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ (IHC) نے وزیر اعظم عمران خان کو مسلم لیگ (ن) کے رہنما خواجہ آصف کی جانب سے ہتک عزت کے مقدمے میں سابق وزیر اعظم کے بیان کی قانونی حیثیت پر سوال اٹھانے کی درخواست پر تبصرہ کرنے کے لیے نوٹس جاری کیا تھا۔
