Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir on Thursday vowed a swift and notch-up response to any military misadventure by India, citing the ISPR.

He made this statement while observing “Exercise Hammer Strike” at the Tilla Field Firing Ranges (TFFR), highlighting the army’s combat readiness and deterrence capability.
COAS Munir Witnesses Intense Military Drills at TFFR
During his visit to the TFFR, COAS Munir was welcomed by the Corps Commander and briefed on the high-intensity field training operations of the Mangla Strike Corps.
The exercise aimed to test operational preparedness, weapon system integration, and coordination in a simulated battlefield environment.
Pakistan Army used advanced platforms including multirole aircraft, combat helicopters, precision-guided artillery, and next-gen engineering tools to replicate real war scenarios.

Soldiers from various units showed remarkable coordination and combat skills in synchronized offensive maneuvers.
The drills also reflected the army’s progress in incorporating cutting-edge technology into both kinetic and non-kinetic strategies.
General Munir praised the troops for their high morale, sharp tactical execution, and strong determination.
He stated that their performance reflects the army’s commitment to operational excellence.

Addressing the troops, he declared, “Let there be no doubt—any military misadventure by India will receive a swift and determined response.
While Pakistan remains a proponent of regional peace, our forces are fully prepared to defend national interests.”
The exercise reinforced the Pakistan Army’s focus on continuous transformation through updated doctrines, modern training, and technological advancement.
Senior commanders and defense dignitaries observed the entire drill.
