CM lays Nawaz Sharif IT City’s foundations in Lahore…

Punjab’s Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, laid the groundwork for the Nawaz Sharif IT City in Lahore.This huge 853-acre effort seeks to establish Lahore as a major hub for the economy and technology.

The development will contain several zones for commercial, residential, education, film, and IT and technological operations.​ The Punjab government has allocated Rs 10 billion for a project estimated to cost Rs 100 billion in total. The IT City is expected to provide one million employment, significantly enhancing the local economy.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif greeted all of the honored diplomats, province ministers, and other attendees of the ceremony.

The CM has announced the appointment of professional trainers to this institution.

Nawaz Sharif IT City will give young people the chance to advance alongside the rest of the world.  After completing their IT classes, the kids will receive an international certification.

The 853-acre IT city has a ten-year tax-free designation. Knowledge City, Film City, and an IT and Tech District will all be part of it.

International universities will be located in Knowledge City. Modern technologies in Film City will help the regional film industry. The government promised to help businesses by supplying land and constructing infrastructure as required.

She claimed that the PML-N supremo’s use of 3G and 4G technology had benefitted Pakistan.

She suggests looking into laptop efforts as well as available skill development programs.

Pakistan’s first data center would be located in Nawaz Sharif IT City, according to CEO Imran Amin. Specifically, ambassadors from Turkey, America, Asia, and other countries joined the event.
