Security forces killed four terrorists in two separate operations in North Waziristan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) was conducted in area of Mir Ali, North Waziristan district.
During the conduct of operation, after an intense exchange of fire, HVT terrorist Commander Tabassum alias Qadarman along with terrorist Sajid alias Sarkandi, were sent to hell by the security forces.
In another joint operation conducted by the security forces and Police in general area Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan district, two more terrorists were sent to hell.
Weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against security forces as well as extortion and target killings of innocent civilians, and were highly wanted by the law enforcement agencies.
Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area.
The operations were carried out across KP and targeted militant hideouts that were discovered through intelligence-driven actions.
Security forces carried out concerted operations to capture the individuals suspected of causing instability.
These actions resulted in the elimination of four terrorists, so eliminating the immediate threat to civilian populations and security forces.
