Salman Agha lauds Hasan for delivering a standout fifty that energized Pakistan’s innings in the T20I match against Bangladesh.

Pakistan captain Salman Agha lauds Hasan Nawaz for his impressive fifty during the second T20I clash against Bangladesh on Friday. This impressive knock played a major role in securing a 57-run win, giving Pakistan a commanding 2-0 lead in the series.

In the post-match presentation, Salman Agha lauds Hasan for adapting smoothly to his middle-order role after opening in the New Zealand series earlier this year.

“Hasan’s batting has been phenomenal. His confidence against spin and ability to clear the ropes is something special,” said Agha. “He has embraced the middle-order position and is flourishing in it. He no longer wants to open, which shows his comfort and growth in this role.”

Salman also spoke about strengthening the team’s bench by building depth in the bowling department.

“We’re focused on developing a pool of pacers who can step up whenever needed. My aim is to have three main fast bowlers along with at least three or four dependable backups,” he added.

He highlighted the need for a squad of 15 fully prepared players to allow seamless substitutions and healthy competition—an ideal setup for any captain.
