PTI Party women finalised for Punjab Assembly reserved seats

1. Pakistan Tehreek-i- insaf

The supreme court verdict favored Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf reserved for seats. these seats were PTI win the general election on 8 Feb. However, on the other hand, PTI had prepared a list of 35 women candidates for these reserved seats i.e. YouTubers media Sanam Javaid and Dr. Yasmin Rashid, according to different sources. and the 24 women were reserved seats in the provincial house of the party..

2. The Name of Women’s Candidates

By awarding PP-100 tickets to these women candidates PTI is reiterating its commitment towards womans rights and empowerment. The presence of women in the Punjab Assembly is a testimony to party’s commitment towards an inclusive political structure. These women will provide valuable perspective and ideas to the Policy Assembly, ensuring that policies are inclusive of all citizens.

Kanwal Shauzab, the President of the PTI Women’s Wing, Alia Hamza, a former member of the National Assembly, and Rubina Shaheen, the General Secretary of the Women’s Wing, all about 35 of them, visited different cities of Phunjab to raise funds for the party

3. 9 May protest

They also presented a partial list of those who had participated in or performed duty at the zaman park residence of iman on 9 May protest.

5. PML-N Leaders

Three PML-N leaders file review petitions against SC’s reserved seat verdict. ECP indicates a willingness to apply the reserved seat ruling with restrictions.

6. Election Comission of Pakista (ECP)

The Election Commission of Pakistan earlier in the day had earlier said it will carry out the ruling of the Supreme Court. ECP allowing PTI to be given the reserved seats. The Election Commission of Pakistan has explicitly ordered its legal team to ensure implementation of the Supreme Court order according to the ECP spokesperson,
