Massively celebrated yet controversial Pakistani queen Mathira has lately appeared in a show known as ‘Aaj Ke Mehmaan’ where the bold star shed light on how she belongs from a broken family so when she tied the knot, due to her character being dodgy and dark she had to try tremendously to make her marriage work.Also Read: Humaima Malick warns to take legal action after her boldly edited pictures emerged
Mathira stated that after tying the knot she thought of putting in more effort than a normal housewife due to her character being considerably bold. Therefore, she used to do various house chores which according to the Pakistani celebrity she shouldn’t have done as she wasn’t a maid.Mathira declared: “Everything should be balanced. There is a lot of difference between a mother and a wife and mothers shouldn’t be insecure about losing their sons.”
Towards the end, Mathira provided her stance regarding ‘mental slavery’: “When woman thinks she can save a marriage and that her husband will change. A successful relationship requires teamwork.”According to Mathira, a successful marriage revolves around respect and a strong friendship.
However, nobody ever marries knowing just how “hard” it will be.
