As many as 47 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 while 3,914 new cases reported during last 24 hours.
According to National Command Operating Center (NCOC), 7.1 percent positive ratio remained in the country. As many as 54,638 tests have been conducted duing last 24 hours. The situation of 1,716 patients is stated to be critical.
Meanwhile, six people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Peshawar. According to Peshawar Health Department total numbers of deaths in the province have reached to 6,028. As many as 1,374 new cases reported during last 24 hours. The total numbers of affected people in KPK have reached to 2, 68, 879.
With 13,298 deaths to date—13 of which were reported in the last 24 hours—Punjab remains the province most affected by COVID-19 deaths. Sindh (7,954 deaths from COVID-19, of which 27 were reported in the last 24 hours) and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) (6,082 deaths, of which six were reported in the last 24 hours) are the next two provinces in line.
Thus far, 990 deaths have been reported in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), 765 deaths in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), including one that was discovered within the last 24 hours, 370 deaths in Balochistan, and 189 deaths in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).
